Online Movement Classes
Welcome to the entrance to our online movement ( yoga, etc.) studio. Many brick and mortar studios offer free classes to attract new students. The sections below contain our complimentary classes so you can check us out! You don't even have to be a new student! Also, if you would like to donate and would prefer to use CashApp or Venmo.
